It took such a long time to actually find a way to actually have a blog, I did so many unnecessary things, but what matters is that I'm here now and am willing!!!!

It is the kind of condition that affects the acts of one and their thoughts in a way only they are in the dark about what is really going on. They at times do not realize it and require medical intervention. Symptoms can range from confusion, guilt, social withdrawal and other. It's more than a monster shoved between the trenches, it is also one that rises overhead and continues to tantalize the unknowing. Types of mental illnesses include Schizophrenia, bipolar dis order, anxiety disorder and more.   Those suffering from it can see therapists, confide in family and friends, practice stress management techniques, they can also educate themselves about what exactly they go through and how to deal with it.
